Cancellations / returns

Refunds will not be accepted due to the cancellation of your order and if you wish it will not be sent. This is because the order has been prepared which includes irreversible modification of the flowers.

 In case of availability of the products you have ordered, we will inform you by phone or electronically.

In case of non-execution of the order through our fault, your money will be refunded.

In case of payment by deposit in a bank account, first the deposit is checked and then we proceed to the sending of the order.

It is important to be confident about your order, as changes and modifications to it can delay its execution. Also, changes in time and order may have additional costs charged to the customer.

Orders can be canceled by the store at any time if deemed necessary, eg due to lack of contact information, inability to deliver due to special events, etc. and the payment is refunded and we do not bear any compensation other than the exact amount we received from the sender.

Cancellations or refunds related to orders with destinations in the Rest of Greece (outside Thessaloniki) and Abroad and which are forwarded for execution to a collaborating member of our network are not accepted.

We guarantee the quality of our flowers and any complaints are accepted only on the day of delivery when a representative of the store is sent for inspection and any replacement. Photographic proofs of the product may also be requested.

Order cancellation is accepted up to (1) day before the delivery date. In this case you will be refunded exactly the amount for which you have been charged. In case special raw materials were ordered for the order, no refund will be given.

Due to the vulnerable nature of the deliveries of all flowers and other products, any complaints about returns, etc. will be treated in each case separately and the treatment (eg Return or not, Modification or not, etc.) will be at our discretion.

Delivery days are from Monday to Saturday, except holidays. Holiday delivery orders can be delivered the next business day, unless otherwise specified.

On large holidays for the timely execution of orders inside and outside Greece, orders must be placed at least one (1) day in advance. In case the holiday is Sunday, the order must be made at least two (2) days in advance. By making a purchase on peak days, we reserve the right to extend the delivery time. Deliveries are from Monday to Friday and Saturday. Orders if delivered within this time will be shipped the next business day.

Shipments / deliveries

Courier deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday.

Orders are sent by courier and in cases either in person (with our executive) or with a partner store.

Same day deliveries are made only within the urban complex of Thessaloniki or within the prefecture of Thessaloniki after consultation for orders received until 12:00 am, otherwise they are delivered the next day. Orders for the urban complex of Thessaloniki are delivered on the same day for orders received until 18:00. Minimum order 25 € + shipping. For orders over 50 € are not charged shipping.

After 20:00 the orders are executed the next day and there is no refund due to the non-same day delivery of your order.

For deliveries outside the prefecture of Thessaloniki, orders are executed by courier from 1 to 3 days depending on the area and the workload of the carrier.

Product orders in other cities of Greece or abroad that can not be served directly from our store, are executed by our partner who has the obligation to execute the order approaching the style and selection of flowers from this site. Therefore, the order will be executed after consultation based on colors and flowers as close as possible to the sample (photo).
